This notice describes the current ApexTool website at apextool.io. The site publishes information. It does not currently offer accounts, purchases, newsletters or on-site submission forms.
What happens when you browse
ApexTool is hosted on ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare delivery infrastructure. Serving and protecting a web page can involve technical information such as an IP address, browser information, request time and the page requested. Hosting providers may process this information and use security cookies under their own policies.
We have observed a Cloudflare __cf_bm security cookie in site responses. Cloudflare describes this cookie as part of its bot-management protection. Its presence is not an ApexTool advertising or audience-measurement feature.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is available only if you choose Accept analytics. Until you accept, or if you reject, our site does not load Google’s analytics tag or send analytics or consent pings to Google. Hosting security continues separately.
After acceptance, our code sends a page-view event using the page’s canonical address without query parameters or fragments. We send a blank page referrer and no form entries, email addresses or account User-ID. Google’s analytics service can also process technical device information, approximate region, cookie identifiers and standard visit or session information. This is optional audience measurement, not anonymous communication with no data processing.
Advertising features, Google Signals, user-provided data collection and enhanced measurement are disabled. We do not implement advertising pixels, remarketing, form tracking, site-search tracking, outbound-click tracking, video tracking or download tracking.
Your choice and browser storage
Accept and Reject are offered as equal choices. You can use Privacy choices in the footer to revisit your decision. Rejecting after acceptance withdraws permission, disables further site analytics, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to unload the analytics library. It cannot recall information already sent.
We store your choice in your browser’s local storage under apextool_analytics_consent_v1 for up to 180 days. If storage is unavailable, a choice may not persist between pages; analytics remains off by default. Clearing browser storage or reaching expiry prompts a new choice.
When allowed, Google Analytics may set _ga and related _ga_ cookies. Our tag requests a 30-day cookie lifetime without refreshing that lifetime on each visit. Browser restrictions can shorten or block storage. This browser-cookie lifetime is distinct from Google’s property-level data retention.
Analytics retention
On 28 October 2026, the Google Analytics property was set to retain event data and user data for 2 months, with reset on new activity disabled. Google states that retention-setting changes take effect after 24 hours, so the earlier user-data setting of 14 months with reset enabled may still apply during that transition. This is not a promise of immediate deletion. These controls are separate from browser-cookie expiry and do not apply to standard aggregated reports.
If you email us
The contact link opens your email application; it is not an on-site form. If you send a message to admin.apextool@gmail.com, the receiving Gmail mailbox receives your email address, message and any attachments or other information you choose to send.
Correspondence is used to read and respond to the enquiry, assess a correction or consider a proposal. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.
Service providers and storage
Website delivery and email depend on third-party services. Their processing, security practices and retention periods are governed by their applicable terms and policies; information may be processed in locations other than your own country. We do not promise a particular storage location or fixed provider deletion period.

Links to other websites
If you follow a link to another provider, that website operates under its own privacy notice and terms. The labelled ElevenLabs affiliate link contains a referral identifier that can be used to attribute a qualifying purchase. Once you follow it, the destination and its service providers may process technical information and use cookies under their own policies. See ElevenLabs’ privacy policy and our affiliate disclosure.
ApexTool does not load an affiliate tracking script or pixel on this site. Rejecting our optional Google Analytics does not control the privacy choices on another website you choose to visit.
